Seth Petruzelli To Take On Dave Herman at Elite XC: Street Certified

Seth Petruzelli will take on Dave Herman when the EliteXC brand invades the United Bank Arena on February 16th, 2008, as they host their "Street Certified" event.

Both fighters are likely known to MMA fans. Seth Petruzelli currently has a record of 9-4-0, with eight of his victories coming via knockout. He has fought in the UFC twice in his career, with his most recent fight being a second round chock submission loss to Wilson Gouveia at UFC Fight Night 9. In his other UFC match, he lost to Matt Hamill at UFC - The Final Chapter.

Petruzelli at one time in his career had an impressive seven match winning streak, with victories against the likes of Dan Severn and Rocky Batastini.

Dave "Peewee" Herman on the other hand will enter this fight with an unblemished record of 9-0-0, with six of his victories coming via knockout. He has absolutely destroyed all of his opponents so far, with all of his victories coming in the first round of every fight. His most recent victory came against Justin Kahn via Rear Naked Choke submission.
