More Betting Odds Released for Elite XC "Street Certified" Event

Does the prospect of a Kimbo Slice / Tank Abbott main event not excite you that much?
You will be glad to know that when Elite XC brings its "Street Certified" event to the Certified Bank United Center on February 16th in Miami, Florida, they will be bringing some high-quality matches that should interest even the most cynical of MMA fans.
As mentioned earlier this week, the main event of "Street Certified" will be a match-up between Tank Abbott and Kimbo Slice. As it stands right now, Slice is a huge favorite in this match-up. Las Vegas currently has slice as a -450 favorite in this battle, while Tank Abbott is currently listed at +300. This means that if you wagered $100 on Abbott, you would win $300 in profit back. On the other hand, you would need to wager $450 on Slice to win, in order to win $100 in profit back. Abbott is the underdog for a reason though, as his MMA skills seem to be diminishing with each passing fight.
Other match-ups on this card include:
Yves Edwards (-260) vs James Edson (+200)
James Thompson (-250) vs Brett Rogers (+185)
Kyle Noke (-130) vs Scott Smith (EVEN)
Antonio Silva (-330) vs Ricco Rodriguez (+250)
To me, the most interesting match-up on this card is likely Antonio "Junior" Silva vs Ricco Rodriguez. Silva currently has a record of 9-1-0, with seven of his victories coming via TKO. He is an absolute monster, 6'4 in height and weighing 300 pounds. Silva was rumored to be fighting Fedor for quite some time, but that fight never materialized. In Silva's most recent bout, he defeated Jonathan Wiezorek via Rear Naked Choke. His lone loss came to Eric Pele at Bodog Fight - USA vs Russia.
Ricco "Suave" Rodriguez currently sports a record of 27-7-0, with 15 of his victories coming via submission and 8 coming via knockout. Rodriguez is a monster himself at 6'4, 250 pounds, but he still gives up an amazing 50 pounds to the much heavier Silva. Rodriguez brings a mix of Wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu to this matchup. Rodriguez has won six of his last seven fights, and I believe that there is some value in taking Rodriguez in this fight.
