Diaz vs Neer Set to Headline UFC Fight Night 15
 |

The weigh-in for Ultimate Fight Night 15 took place today, with all of the fighters on both the main card and undercard successfully making weight.
The event is slated to take place at the Omaha Civic Auditorium on Wednesday night, and will be used as a lead-in to the eighth season of the Ultimate Fighter, which will feature Frank Mir and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira as the two coaches.
Ultimate Fight Night 15 will be headlined by two matches which both feature previous winners of the Ultimate Fighter series - Mac Danzig and Nathan Diaz. Nathan Diaz will be taking on Josh Neer, and Mac Danzig will be taking on Clay Guida. Both of these matches will be lightweight battles, with all four fighters hoping to ascend the crowded lightweight ladder. All four fighters weighed in at exactly 155 pounds for their fights.
The main card will feature two others fights. The first will be Houston Alexander taking on Eric Schafer in a light heavyweight battle. This is literally a must-win fight for Alexander - Dana White has publicly stated that if Alexander doesn't win this fight, then he will have to "work his way back up to the UFC". Alexander's last two fights were both disappointing first-round knockout losses, with the most recent being an eight second thrashing by James Irvin. His opponent, Eric Schafer, has a lifetime professional record of 9-3-2, with two of his losses coming against Michael Bisping and Stephan Bonnar.
The other match will feature Ed Herman taking on Alan Belcher in a middleweight tilt. Herman had his three-fight winning streak interrupted by Demian Maia at UFC 83, and will be looking to get back on track.
The undercard of this event will feature:
Wilson Gouveia vs Ryan Jensen
Joe Lauzon vs Kyle Bradley
Dan Miller vs Rob Kimmons
Drew McFedries vs Mike Massenzio
Jason Brilz vs Brad Morris
Alessio Sakara vs Joe Vedepo
